    Send us a request below. After a short review you get a link to register your agency with your trade licence and TIN.

    Add your students once

    Upload the passport, certificates and English test once. They are reused for every application, so you never upload twice.

    Apply in four clicks

    Choose the student, the intake and the program, check the documents and submit. You can submit while documents are still being checked.

    We work with the university

    Enrovia checks every document, sends the application and talks to the university for you. Questions go into the application's own message thread.

    Offer, EMGS, eVAL and visa

    Follow every stage live, with an email at each step and clear instructions for what to do next.

    Enrolled, then you get paid

    Your commission invoice appears in the portal. Check it, sign online and submit. We pay you in BDT by bank transfer or bKash.

Clear commission, paid in BDT

  • See your rate before you apply. Every program shows your current commission rate, and your special rate if you have one.
  • The amount locks at enrolment. Commission is earned when the student enrols and the university pays Enrovia.
  • Invoices in the portal. Sign online, track approval and see the payment reference.
  • Paid in BDT by bank transfer or bKash, with the conversion rate and date shown on every invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to join?+

No. Enrovia is free for agencies: no joining fee, no monthly fee and no fee per application. Enrovia pays commission to you.

Who can become a partner?+

Registered study-abroad agencies with a valid trade licence and TIN. Send a request below; after a short review we email you a registration link. You can then add your staff.

When and how is commission paid?+

Commission is earned when your student enrols and the university pays Enrovia. Your invoice then appears in the portal. You check it, sign online and submit, and we pay you in BDT by bank transfer or bKash. The conversion rate and date are shown on the invoice.

What if another agency claims the same student?+

A student can be registered only once in Enrovia (by passport number and email). When the EMGS payment proof is verified, the student is locked to the agency that submitted it, and that agency receives the commission.

Do I contact the university directly?+

No. Enrovia is your point of contact for the university, so everything stays in one place and nothing gets lost. You can message us inside each application.

How do you protect student data?+

Each agency sees only its own students. Documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived secure links after login. Students give consent for their data to be shared with Enrovia and universities, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Which countries can my students apply to?+

Malaysia today. More destinations will be added, and they will appear in the same portal.
